1stly i really have 2 say happy bday jocelyn!!!
hmm...quite a day....juz spend some time dotaing after such a long time....dunno got 1 mth + nvr play the com anot....tis few days the com screwed up and the time i reach home everyday doesnt allow mi 2 touch the com as much as i like....haiz...
trg was as expected....SLACK!!!! it nvr changes after so many yrs....since CHSwushu...we always slack after comp....sadded...bt we like it...even coach seems 2 enjoy it....trg only did 压腿 and 基本功....which took more than a hour....coach always like 2 take quality time if he has it 2 help us in our flexiblity....in the expense of our legs....still so rough after causing so much ppl 2 tear their muscles here and there....and he a bit siao 2day....all the 压腿 i oso kena....i from set square going become stapler le....my legs ar...haiz....see cw laugh when i nid 2 use my hands 2 move my legs u can noe le....
2day was the biggest gang of wushu ppl coming 4 trg....almost every1 was there....and it was crazy....i very very long time nvr see so many ppl doing 基本功 at the same time le....the feeling is quite shuang.....although i cnt kick and jump high...dunno its lax diao or nt used 2 netball ground....hahas....trg is so crap and fun lah....tok more train less....
quite happy 2 see the j1s bonding merrily.....at least they r bonded and so passing the duties 2 them wun b such a chore....no arguements only fun....tis is wat i like abt wushu....
still deciding whether 2 join 全国赛 anot....its quite close 2 the prelims....bt very tempting leh....let coach say correct le....i cnt escape from wushu de....hahas...mayb i didnt wan 2 let go of wushu in the 1st place....learn so long le....like become part and parcel of life le....hahas...wonder coach last time oso like tt anot....
