wow....the track heats 2day was a GG....whole body aching like shit after all the wushu trg and performance during CCA carnival....den have 2 run!!! ma de....lucky the warm up i managed 2 numb my muscles a bit....so sprinting nt so painful....
haiz....running 2 times continuously is nt fun at all...after my 1st heat which we got 2nd....alrdy very tired le den have 2 run again at once....sadded....2nd run still 2nd....haiz...if we nvr run at 1st we sure win the 2nd run 1....hu tell the team 2 b made up of repeat runners....only change 1 runner....
our class girls really can run....nt bad at all....i tink jocelyn and lindy run the fastest in the class....shows tt short legs doesnt mean u cnt run...hahas....anyway they got quite gd results which i 4gt...so sry....bt the pt is our class keeping cheering until alex lee tulan...say wan disqualify us....lol...sadded tt our 8x50m is nt counted although we got 1st...haiz....wat can we do when our class has only 6 gals??
after PE is GG time 4 mi....hands shake until cnt write....jocelyn see le offered 2 help....bt i rejected it...and gei my muscles so tt my hands more steady....paiseh 2 let a gal help u fill up wushu comp form....den walking is oso a prob....practically i walking ard wif somebody as my support....haiz....1st time i nid help in walking....ma de jiao lian....fri i tink he going 2 make trg more intense...see our condition i tink is a GG.....
cos of trg....i have 2 miss finale tml nite....poor steven...he getting quite sian of the j1s cos they didnt even bother opening their mouth....seriously if they juz say the cheer...i tink steven alrdy super touched le....now he trying 2 get the ogls back 2 help....at least 2 boost the ogf morale...haiz....sad....pumera is now last....omg....wat a great diff from vrala o1....
happy tt marvel is back....i can see him being so enthu during orientation....he dance until so funny...conclusion....he can only do wushu...dancing?? 4get it....
now waiting 4 wan ching 2 come back and liu chang 2 fail in her attempt 2 nj....sounds bad bt we seriously nid her....hahas....if ok den tis yr AJwushu is gong 2 own....now our guys team is strong le....marvel yiming cw darren wil me jack daryl^2 sixu...still got 1 more which i wun say....coach say tis year sure overall 1st or 2nd de....so chiong 4 champs ba!!! a nice ending 2 we j2s AJwushu life....and wif liu chang our gals team alrdy got a foundation...the rest juz work hard!!! wualala...thinking of getting the championship is making my heart itchy.....lol....time 2 4get abt it and start chionging!!!!
